Return / Retraction

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to return it to us, at your own expense and risk, for an exchange or refund.

Please inform us in advance by regular post (Audielec, rue de la Procession, 8 in BE-1400 Nivelles) or electronically.

Please clearly indicate:

• your name, address and telephone number
• the references of the product to be returned
• the order number
• the order date
