Scope

These general conditions are applicable between the SELLER who offers his products and / or services and the BUYER who concludes with this Seller, through an online store (hereinafter GREENSHOP ), a product purchase agreement ('the Contract')

The Buyer is the user of the website www.greenshop.be.

The terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice, with the changes then applicable to all subsequent orders.

The Buyer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale without reservation.

Price

The prices listed on the online store are tcc prices in euros, taking into account the VAT valid on the day of publication on the site.

Excluding the special offer clearly indicated, they do not include shipping costs.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price on the email order confirmation is frozen.

Payment

The payment terms are detailed in the ad hoc page: payment by Mastercard or Visa card or payment by bank transfer in euros.

The amount to be paid must correspond to the exact amount of the order, any transfer charges and currency exchange are the responsibility of the Buyer.

After receipt of the Buyer's order on the online store, the Seller confirms the acceptance of his order by sending a confirmation message to the email address he has communicated by registering his order, This message is reminiscent of the content of the order and the method of payment chosen. The Buyer chooses a payment by bank transfer or Visa / Mastercard. In the latter case, orders are not processed online directly, they are processed within one day to two business days.

The sale is deemed to be concluded upon payment. If the bank or financial institution concerned refuses payment,   the Seller may treat the Agreement as void and will therefore notify the Buyer by e-mail.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, orders placed on the website are automatically canceled if the payment is not received.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Buyer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

Security

This site uses the SSL security system. All the information that the Buyer communicates during the ordering process is coded to protect them.

Delivery

Excluding holiday periods as indicated on the home page on the site, orders for products in stock are processed within a maximum period of two (2) working days after the Buyer has placed a firm order on the site. whether it's kitchen supplies, paper books or e-books. It is from the acceptance of the payment that the shipping period begins (validation of the payment by the banking organization for a Visa / Mastercard or receipt of the transfer), which is two working days maximum.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the order.

The products will be delivered by the carrier or mode of transport designated by the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer have agreed otherwise. otherwise.

For deliveries of extractors by UPS, the deadline is available on their site, according to the tracking number which is communicated to the Buyer by email on the day of shipment.

In the event of receipt of a damaged package, the Buyer must refuse it and notify the Seller as soon as possible so that a new shipment is scheduled as soon as the damaged package is received in return.

If a package is not received at the delivery address mentioned by the Buyer (notice from the post office, from UPS), the carrier returns it to the Seller, who undertakes to notify the Buyer by e-mail. The latter may request a new delivery, at his expense, even if the costs of the first shipment had been offered.

The Seller can in no way be held responsible for errors made by the Buyer in the wording of the contact details (e-mail or delivery address, for example), which could cause communication errors, delays delivery or the inability to deliver the ordered products.

Delivery delays may be caused for reasons beyond the Seller's control (strikes, etc.). Exceeding a deadline may in no case give rise to termination of the contract, nor be the subject of compensation from the Seller. The Seller will inform the Buyer of any independent delivery delay of his will.

Conclusion of the contract

When the Buyer orders a product and / or a service from the Seller through Greenshop, this last confirms the order by email sent to the address communicated by the Buyer. At the same time, the Seller will communicate the information relating to the price of the product and / or service ordered, including any taxes and duties, at the cost of delivering the products and / or services, to the total amount to be paid by the Purchaser, as well as than at the place of delivery.

The Contract is deemed to be concluded at the time when & ugrave; the email through which the order is confirmed is sent by the Seller to the email address provided by the Buyer. The Contract is deemed to be concluded at the registered office of the Seller. The Seller is entirely free to exclude a Buyer from using GreenShop.

Cancellation of the order

The Buyer can cancel his order, as long as it is not being dispatched. When the order is sent, the cancellation can only be done by refusal of the package by the Buyer, without opening it, so that it can be returned to the seller. In the case of a shipment of books by post, the Buyer returns to the sender, without stamping, with the mention 'Refused'.

Waiver of contract

In accordance with current legislation, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.The Buyer may inform the Seller by mail, clearly indicating the order references, or he may download the withdrawal form.

The Buyer has this period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product concerned to the Seller, with the delivery note, at his own expense and risk, for an exchange or refund. Products are returned with all accessories (including instructions).

For hygiene reasons, the extraction mechanism, delivered in a blister pack, must not have been used.

Books will be returned complete and undamaged.

Products returned incomplete or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If the Buyerhas exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions listed above, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer the amount invoiced for the products and/or services delivered, provided that this amount has already been paid by the Buyer. This refund will be made after the scheduled verification period and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the Buyer has informed the Seller of their withdrawal from the Contract. The refund may be postponed until the package is received and its condition has been verified. The Seller will assess any damages to be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

After-sales service - warranty

This warranty is offered independently of any legal warranty that may
apply in the country of purchase and does not affect or limit this type of
legal warranty in any way whatsoever.

In the case of a kitchen appliance purchase on this Greenshop site, the Buyer will contact the Seller by email or telephone when they wish to use the warranty. The warranty begins on the date of receipt, which covers 3 (three) years for Jazz Max and Jazz Alto and 2 (two) years for Jazz Uno.

For Hurom juicers H320 and H70 are guaranteed for 15 years (motor and other parts) H310 is guaranteed for 10 years (motor and other parts) Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty, as are silicone parts and juice/pulp containers. Damage caused to the product by customer negligence is not covered by the warranty.

The Buyer will provide the machine type, serial number, and date of purchase by email. A form will be attached to the return authorization, which includes all the information needed to process the warranty (description of the fault, photo, etc.).

Jurisdiction and disputes

All disputes relating to the formation, execution and termination of contractual obligations between the parties that cannot give rise to an amicable settlement will be submitted to the Belgian courts.
